So, Christmas is over for another little while, and now we can all recover from all of the eating and get out of 'broke' mode...so what has happened since Christmas, after I gorged myself silly for about a week?
Well, I must say it hasn't been the best start to a New Year, but it hasn't been all bad either. Firstly, I was ill. Yes, in bed for about 4 days, off work, but I survived. Then one of my closest friends mum was admitted to hospital during the first few days of the New Year, critically ill, and has been there since! Not a very good start for her. I hate when your best friends hurt! You can only imagine how they feel :(.... On another note, one of my other friends is coming over from Australia in May and I cannot wait. Im really excited now and its only January! Lol. Right now however, she is caught in the Queensland floods, one of the worst in history....yup, great start to the New Year too...oh oh oh, and I went to see Burlesque! I loved it so much I wanna see it again. Cher and Christina Aguilera are amazing. Nuf said!
Um, what is in store for the rest of the year (this is gonna be a really short blog). March I will be going to see The Script! OMG, I cant wait for that either. Thomas got us tickets for Christmas. Love 'im forever! He knows me so well...lol. Also, Thomas' birthday in March. April, I turn 22 again....May, Alison comes from Australia and Thomas and I go off to work in Australia for a year. Therefor May 2011-May 2012 I will be horsing around Oz with my dude and living it up! It also means I will be away for Christmas (one downfall) but I will be able to spend New Years in Sydney! What an experience that will be! And I will be in 2012 before everyone here! :P
Anyway, thats about all for now. Just working my ass off to save monies to take to Australia. The joys of working with the genera publicl are, I must say, so wonderful....AYE RIGHT!!!
