So yesterday, I was sitting in the living room and the windows where open. I could hear birds and whatever else, but I also heard children outside laughing and playing. I like that sound, because it makes me wish I was still that age, sitting in primary school, dying to get home so I could go outside to play. It also brought back a lot of "Do you remember when?" memories...so here goes...

- You could buy a bar of chocolate or a chew bar for 10p
- Carmel Freddo bars where called Taz bars

- Bumble balls
- Home Free - enough said :)
- Tamagotchi's
- Furby's
- TY Beanie Babies
- A computer and social networking did't run your life
- Truth or dare, kiss hug or torture and hopscotch
- "I'll kiss it better"
- Swinging as high as you could before jumping off to see who could land the furthest
- Slides - or running up them
- YIKES PENCILS (these where the best) and pop lead pencils
- McDonald's was a treat
- Your mum had say over what happened at your sleepovers
- "Right, bed now!"
- You didn't have to do housework
- PSOne and Nintendo
- Hanson
- You couldn't wait until you didn't have to go to school any more, but didn't realise the working world wasn't much better
- You didn't need facebook to interact with friends
I wish I could turn back time. I want to be this young again...and I want yikes pencils... :(
